Rates - All rates are in Euro

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given (normally 24 hours before arrival).

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - 24 hours prior to arrival / Summer Promotion: Reservation is NON REFUNDABLE (cancellation is not possible) Costs will be charged immediately. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Check out time - Check out time is at noon. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Excluding breakfast, Including service charge, Excluding taxes.
